SMARTELLER™ Withdrawal Section

SMARTELLER™ has numerous methods that can be utilized to withdraw funds from your SMARTELLER™ Account. All of these methods are easy and reliable ways to withdraw funds from of your SMARTELLER™ Account.

Withdrawal Information

The following rules will apply to all withdrawal requests that are made from the SMARTELLER™ System.

1. The total amount of any "uncleared" deposits will not be allowed to be withdrawn until such time as the "uncleared" deposits are cleared.

2. Any amount remaining can then be withdrawn through one of our withdrawal options.

3. A minimum of $20.00 USD for each transfer from your SMARTELLER™ ACCOUNT to the SMARTELLER™ DEBIT Card; a $20.00 USD minimum for each member to member withdrawal; $0.01 USD minimum for each EFT withdrawal; and $5.00 USD minimum for each cheque withdrawal.

ATM Cash Withdrawals

Once you have applied for your SMARTELLER™ Debit Card and your application process has been successful, You will be in a position to withdraw CASH from your SMARTELLER™ ACCOUNT at just about any ATM Worldwide in the relevant currency at $1200.00 USD per day.

Before you can withdraw any cash from the ATM you must:

1) Have a SMARTELLER™ Debit Card. If you don't have one - You must apply for one.
2) Once you have a SMARTELLER™ Debit Card you MUST withdraw the funds from your SMARTELLER™ ACCOUNT TO YOUR SMARTELLER™ DEBIT CARD before you can withdraw any cash from the ATM.

You will also be in a position to purchase goods to the value of $500.00 USD per day at almost any POS ( Point Of Sale ) terminal in the world.

Before you can transact at any POS you must:

1) Have a SMARTELLER™ Debit Card, if you don't have one - You must apply for one.
2) Once you have a SMARTELLER™ Debit Card you MUST withdraw the funds from your SMARTELLER™ ACCOUNT TO YOUR SMARTELLER™ DEBIT CARD before you can transact at any POS.

Important Note: These rules will be applied automatically when you make a withdrawals.

Withdrawal Fee Structure

The following is a list of current fees that are associated with the various withdrawal options that SMARTELLER™ uses:
