SMARTELLER™ account holders may perform cash transfers to other SMARTELLER™ account holders. This is simple and secure and the member to member transfers policy is described below. Member to Member Transfer Policy Certification
Any SMARTELLER™ account holder that wants to transfer cash to any other SMARTELLER™ account holder must be CERTIFIED. You must also be certified in order to receive cash from any other SMARTELLER™ account holder or to make use of the SMARTELLER™ DEBIT CARD. Read More.....
Accepting, Declining
Once a transfer has been completed, the recipient ( receiver ) has the option to ACCEPT or DECLINE the transfer. Once accepting the transfer the funds will automatically reflect in the recipient's SMARTELLER™ account. If declining the transfer the funds will be REVERSED and placed back into the sender's SMARTELLER™ account. The sender will not be charged a fee for transferring funds, the receiver will be charged a nominal fee.
SMARTpoints
SMARTpoints shall be awarded to the sender for each ACCEPTED transfer, 7 SMARTpoints will be rewarded for every dollar transferred and will be rewarded when the recipient has ACCEPTED the transferred funds. Read More.....
Fees
SMARTELLER™ transfers are always FREE for the SENDER. The recipient ( receiver ) of any SMARTELLER™ funds to their SMARTELLER™ account will be charged for the transfer. The fee amount is dependent upon the country of residence. Read More.....
