SMARTELLER™ Accounts Section

SMARTELLER has a MANDATORY ( COMPULSORY ) certification program for all our SMARTELLER™ account holders to verify their identity. The certification program was designed to facilitate trust between ourselves and our clients and for both your protection and ours.

Apply For Certification

All SMARTELLER™ account holders requiring certification must send in:

1. One item of Official photo identification (Passport, Driver's License, National Identification Card, Social Security Card).
    
2. Copy of both front and back of your Visa / Mastercard Credit Card and a copy of your utility bill stating your name and current physical address.
